By accessing or using the AimSoftwares website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AimSoftwares provides software development, design, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. AimSoftwares retains the right to use generic code, frameworks, and methodologies developed during projects for future work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Deposits are required before project commencement
• Progress payments are due according to agreed milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, software is provided "as is" after the warranty period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

AimSoftwares' liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
